Forex cash delivery at home

I booked forex cash worth around 2000 AED (~50,000 INR) with a promise of next-day delivery, but it’s been 3–4 days and nothing has arrived. The app keeps showing false delivery updates every day. Their customer service is terrible—just bots and unhelpful executives like Jyotirmay who close queries without real responses. I even tried cancelling, but haven’t received any refund or email confirmation. Easily the worst customer care and service I’ve ever experienced.

Ordering forex cash through Niyo is such a stressful experience. The card was delivered promptly but the forex cash was expected to be delivered yesterday but no agent has been assigned yet. I’m travelling tomorrow and don’t have the required cash with me. No way to reach customer support, email responses are totally unrelated to the original query. The forex card might be good but forex cash experience is too much of a hassle with no support and bad execution

Haven’t gotten any further communication on whether you’d be able to fulfil this before today noon. Please let me know if that’s not possible, I’ll have to make alternate arrangements last minute before I travel today afternoon.

Hi Team,

I had booked Forex Cash through Niyo on September 24th, 2025. My cash was supposed to be delivered on September 25th. Document verification and payment is already completed on September 24th.

I will be flying out to Dubai on September 30th in the afternoon. I need the cash delivered by any means tomorrow, 29th September 2025. This is a desperate cry for help. Please pay attention to this.

I have also tried using the whatsapp chat method, tried to connect to agent, but no resolution is provided in this matter. When asked for a contact number, I was told there is no contact available.

If you are not able to deliver the cash by end of the day tomorrow, please refund my money by tomorrow afternoon 3 PM. Please try to understand the urgency and help me.

Hi Nithin. Thank you for reaching out to me on call. Happy to know that you promised a callback from delivery person in 5 minutes. But unfortunately, I have not received any call. Its already past 2PM, 2.5 hours since we talked. I have gotten an OTP but no call from anybody, no ETA also. Could you please call me back, and let me know if the person with cash is on the move already? Please consider this urgent. Thank you for your support so far.

Thanks for all the help in handling this escalation. Pretty much lost hope but you managed to get the forex in my hand in the last minute. Was a stressful experience, but thanks for all the support in delivering on the commitment. @saraswathi.r
