Experience regarding Forex cash from Niyo App
Hi all as I am travelling in nearing months I did require forex cash for emergency purpose. So I did enquire regarding rates from other forex agents for USD and they were quite high and then as I checked on the Niyo App I saw the conversion was quite less I.e. 0 forex markup fee. As I was also new and I heard this service is also new so I just applied on the app with providing details of my passport visa flight tickets and PAN Card. Here I converted all the jpeg images to pdf which is when the photos were uploaded successfully.
After filling out the details of my address of delivery I confirmed the same on app and I got a call from Niyo agent regarding my requirement and confirmed the delivery date. I got call from delivery agent on the same day of booking to deliver the USD. Since I was at work I asked the agent to come next day. So today the agent came with all my documents printed with them and A2 form which was filled by them itself. They just took signature on all my documents and offcos A2 form along with taking my picture as part of their documentation purpose.
I had to provide Original passport, Flight Tickets, PAN Card, Visa. That’s all and got my USD handed over to me. I took 500USD for INR43616 delivered at my doorstep. It was really quick and easy process.
PS: Also I had checked Niyo app which showed Niyo forex as new feature. And during the meet up @Zahid_Niyo confirmed that this has just launched newly.
