Would like to add Niyo is good in other services but not at all in Forex Cash delivery.

Faced terrible experience yesterday even after explaining on call and over email.

@Niyo You need to work on the Forex Cash delivery department, till that time would not recommend anyone to purchase Forex Cash from Niyo.

I have booked forex cash in the app on 24-Sep-2025 and I was supposed to get it by yesterday 6.00 pm. Till now there is no call/communication from Niyo. It’s frustrating to talk to bots in the Whatsapp chat. How to get the cash? I need to travel today. It is very urgent.

Forex cash was promised to be delivered within 24hours of order, it has been more than 4 days where you are changing date to next day.

If you are not able to deliver on your promises at least have decency to allow users to cancel order with full refund.

Why would you deduct service charge if you are not able to provide proper services.

Hi, I have ordered Thai Baht forex cash from Niyo global’s app itself. It was supposed to be delivered in a day and be a seamless experience but there has been no communication or update and the order update on the app says “assigning delivery agent”. Tried contacting DCB Bank support and they said to wait for a “Niyo Agent” to call me back. I leave for my vacation soon! What should I do? Do I get my money back if I cancel the order?? Please help!

@Nith_In I haven’t received call from Niyo support team, just received the call frol Forex delivery team( Kanji Forex). Please call me, I can explain you about the full issue.

So true even same for me, My order was cancelled by the Forex delivery team but still deducted the service charge + GST, which is simply not right as you were not able to deliver the order & cancellation was also done from your end.
