Hey, my travel to thailand is tomorrow and I would appreciate if it is looked at at priority otherwise I have no way to contact anyone

I have been trying to get DCB Bank card from niyo. But I am not able to verify my KYC. It gets stuck after I enter Aadhar OTP.

I am traveling on 1st Nov. Is it possible to get niyo card before that?

Hi, after the recent app update I am not able to access the SBM credit card section and event the FD’s. It is just showing blank I even tried resetting the application but it’s still showing the same. Can someone or team neoglobal help me resolve the issue

From 28 th November 2025 in Niyo app My credit card is stuck in Loading, I cant pay my outstanding,Cant see my card,can’t unlock my card , can’t do nothing.Please any advice how to resolve this issue,I am currently out of India , so I cant call.Please help
