I am trying to verify my phone number it’s not happening. I am in UK and there is Novartis server how will I verify my money is stuck help

Home screen default page should display customer associated products like Saving Account details, statement, UPI and credit card. Which was the case 1 year ago.
Now you are putting a lot irrelevant stuff which no body want to see
Because of that customer need to put extra effort to see bank details and necessary information.
Also customer should have control to customize home screen boxes which I want to see and exclude from my home screen display
Currently Niyo is putting a lots of ads of other products and information which is very annoying when you login to this app

Ok if there is option to customize the tell me how to remove unnecessary home screen ads?
As I checked screen customization is limited part which I have already done
Remove all except
1 - Niyo Pay
2 - Quick link
Remove below -
1 - Mutual fund & EPF ad
2 - SBM debit card ad
3 - Quick tool
4 - Make most out of Niyo
5 - Plan you travel
So is it possible to delete all these?
I dont think so and you have provided fake response.
If customization is true then tell me how but pls dnt share fake information to customers

Am unable to login, have also updated the app. Keep getting

For Android users: Please try clearing the app’s cache and storage, then attempt to log in again to see if the issue persists.
For iOS users: We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Niyo app to refresh everything. Once done, please try logging in again.

Hello,
From the last few weeks, I have to login everytime I open the app. It automatically logs out when I close the app.
This is really painful, particularly on a trip when SMS delivery is not very reliable.

We tried calling you but couldn’t connect. While we’re working on fixing this, please try clearing app data and reinstalling it. A new app update will be out soon. Since last week, the Niyo global android app keeps logging out after closing the app. I have to log in again using mobile number verification every time. This would make the app useless if I am out of the country, where the same mobile network will not be available, as the app needs mobile number verification.
I have already tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
