All you need to do is visit your nearest DCB branch and let them know you’d like to open a zero-balance account to link with Niyo. The bank will assist you with the account creation. Once it’s set up, simply resume the onboarding process through the Niyo app to link your account. You’ll then be able to enjoy all the features of the Niyo card with your DCB savings account!

I’m having exactly same issue. It’s been 12 days since video KYC. The response i get from help is technical issue and escalated. Did you eventually got this card or it’s a never ending wait?

After sending multiple mails, I eventually got the card. But ig wts helped the most is posting my concern on this community. A staff reached out to me after viewing my post and things got sorted out soon.
Hi, I applied for and completed by kyc verification for Niyo DCB account on 1st September. It’s currently 12th September and it’s been 10+ days and I honestly have no idea what’s the status of my application.
There’s already an active ticket on this, and the customer support team is very very vague on what is going on, with 0 transparency and the only thing them saying that ‘I should have more patience’. If you’re advertising a card in ‘3-5’ days, then you cannot honestly repeatedly ask someone to have patience. That’s like one of your main selling points, especially if someone plans to get a card right before they go on a trip or something.
I understand delays can happen, but this lack of transparency of what is going on with my application makes me wonder when or whether my card will even come. There’s no proper timeline on this and just vague promises of we’ll get back to you with an update.

Im tired of hearing that Niyo will get back to me because in all of this time, no one from Niyo has reached out to me and it’s only been me initiating the conversation. I’d appreciate if someone can put an actual timeline on this rather than just say that they will get back with an update.

Hi @yassyash , I had done KYC on 30 Aug, but just like your case the mail replies from customer care were not helpful.
I raised the issue here a day back and within 2 days my account is created, my debit card is yet to be dispatched, but atleast i know my account is created.
I hope your issue gets resolved soon.
