I am unable to get my card delivered in Kolkata. I have tried atleast 3 pincodes.

For 2 of these pincodes the same card has previously been delivered 6 months back. However, the support team is unable to confirm if this is a technical issue or these are really unserviceable. Also, they are not able to provide any Kolkata pin code to assist as well.

As Niyo Global by SBM is a forex card, the bank has requested to have a Passport Verification as a part of onboarding. Currently, the system accepts the passport file numbers which were issued or renewed in India. It does not accept which were renewed abroad. You may have to try onboarding after renewing it in India. It has been more than 15 hours, and my PAN card and passport verification is still pending. The message on the screen remains the same: “It will take up to 3 hours.” Kindly resolve this issue so that I can proceed with obtaining a Niyo Global Travel Card.

Nothing to worry about, we suggest you kindly visit the nearest DCB Bank branch to create an account. Once your account is created, you can resume the onboarding process via the Niyo app utilizing the link https://niyoglobalone.page.link/dcb-resume-onboarding This process will help link your DCB account with Niyo

Zero balance account or any other savings account?
If I open a zero balance account then am I able to use the DCB niyo global Card with all features or benefits??
