We tried calling you but couldn’t connect. As checked, we’re sorry to inform you that we’re currently unable to onboard you to the SBM account, as it has been blocked due to multiple onboarding attempts with a name mismatch.

We’d like to inform you that the name captured from your PAN will be recorded and used throughout the onboarding process and cannot be changed. However, the name fetched from Aadhaar may be updated. Any correction will only be effective if the name is updated in your Aadhaar.

In this case, we recommend proceeding with the Home Visit Biometric KYC application. Please share your current PIN code so we can check if the offline biometric KYC process for Niyo DCB is available in your area.

I understand my SBM onboarding was blocked due to multiple failed attempts caused by a name mismatch. I’ve now updated my PAN card to match the name on my Aadhaar.

I really prefer to continue with the Niyo Global SBM account. If a fresh digital onboarding is not possible, I’m also willing to visit an SBM branch in person or complete manual KYC to resolve this.

Please let me know if there’s any possibility to reactivate or reinitiate my SBM onboarding manually.

Please note that currently, there’s no provision for offline account creation with SBM Bank. Since your onboarding was blocked due to multiple failed attempts caused by a name mismatch, reinitiating or manually completing the onboarding won’t be possible.

But not to worry—you can go ahead and open an account offline with DCB Bank, which offers similar benefits. Once the account is opened, you can sync it with the Niyo app and enjoy a seamless experience.

Since I’ve already updated my PAN to match my Aadhaar, I wanted to ask — is there any possibility in the future to reinitiate onboarding with SBM Bank for Niyo Global?

I truly prefer the SBM-based Niyo Global account and would be happy to proceed if any option becomes available later — even if it’s through manual review or alternate steps.

Please do let me know if this could be reconsidered in future updates.

We truly understand your eagerness to continue with us and sincerely appreciate your interest. At the moment, reinitiating onboarding for SBM through the app is not possible, and offline account creation is also unavailable. However, please rest assured that we’ll keep you informed if there are any updates regarding this in the future.

I have done kyc for my sister but after dcb bank kyc process it’s almost 2 hrs but the process didn’t resume yet , so what to do in this case

I just wanted to ask, if I am not able to receive the card before 14th Aug, is it possible to change the mailing address to get my card delivered somewhere else. Since after 14, I will be unavailable at my current address.
