I have ordered my Neyo Global Debit Card on Jan 25, 2025 but still haven’t received the card. I have to travel international in 7 days. Idk why this is getting delayed. The parcel was shipped through Bluedart but still not delivered.

Hey @Aayush_Bokade As discussed and informed, we kindly request you to wait until tomorrow (14th Feb) for the card to be delivered to your communication address. We are personally looking into it, so rest assured, it will be delivered to you as per the TAT mentioned.
I have opened up dcb Bank savings account and recieved niyo global debit card by dcb Bank and want to sync it with niyo app, but it shows me that we are not serviceable at your location whenever I’m trying to setup my account. I have completed the kyc process and everything before that.

The card was not delivered yesterday and I received no call from the delivery agent. Please look into it. If It’s not delivered by tomorrow I’ll have to cancel it.

I have applied niyo credit card and it’s approved 25 days back and it shipped after couple of days I thought this will be deliver in 10 working days max still now it’s not delivered and I can’t track the delivery status in app. Pls help

I have selected wrong gender while creating a account. But I have done KYC with my Aadhar, Pan card which has the right gender. I am unable to change my gender in the app profile. Is it possible to edit my profile or will this cause a problem for issuing the card?
