Facing issues with Niyo Account Setup or Card Ordering? Get Help Here!

I have opened an account in DCB account for niyo forex debit card, I’ve received the debit card as well and able to login on the DCB online banking portal. But on Niyo app it’s stuck at this onboarding screen since more than a week.

Please help me get onboarded ASAP, any delay is costing me and I might have to switch.

I did successful Transaction on my SBM account and received the amount as well.
It seems account is active only

Hey Preeti! Thank you so much for helping me out. I had a pleasant experience talking to you over the call. I have received the SBM Debit card and using it. Due to work constraints, I was unable to check the community and revert back to you earlier which I am doing now.

Also, if you could help me with another query. I wanted to request for a cheque book for my Niyo SBM account but I couldn’t find the option neither on the Niyo app nor SBM’s mobile app/ internet banking website. In the Niyo SBM SOC received in the welcome kit, it is mentioned that 1st cheque book issuance is free of charge. So could you please help me with the process or how it should be done. I would really appreciate it.

:blush: Thank you for confirming.

To help you with your cheque book request, could you please email us at global@goniyo.com from your registered email ID? Just use the subject line: “I want a chequebook for my Niyo SBM savings account.”

In the email, kindly attach a colored, self-attested copy of your PAN card :page_facing_up: and include the following details:

:small_orange_diamond: Account holder’s name
:small_orange_diamond: Customer account number
:small_orange_diamond: Reason for the chequebook and number of leaves required
:small_orange_diamond: List of attached documents (e.g., PAN card)

Once we receive your email, we’ll get the chequebook dispatched to your communication address! Each chequebook contains 25 leaflets, and it should reach you within 7–14 working days after we receive the documents.
