We tried reaching you on your registered number, but it seems we couldn’t connect :telephone_receiver:. Upon checking, we noticed that due to an Aadhaar verification issue at the bank’s end, we’re unable to proceed with onboarding you for a Niyo SBM account.

We truly understand how interested you are in our product :blue_heart:, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. Since the banking criteria couldn’t be met, we won’t be able to move forward with your onboarding.

How do we sort it . If you guys tell us what is the problem… I can rectify it… more over when I can open a sbm account with the same aadhar card… why can’t I sign up here?

I have raised ticket on26th sep but still I have not received debit card and solution on my issue

I have been a Niyo user since a long time and is extremely happy with the service provided. I had a Niyo Equitas savings account but recently I was communicated by Equitas bank that my account would be closed due to non-serviceable pincode. Though it is a sad update there is nothing I could do about it.

So, I thought of opening Niyo SBM savings account but whenever I try to open SBM savings account it shows the option of niyo sbm credit card only. Is there the option to open SBM savings bank account and order the debit card. If yes, please help me accordingly or only SBM credit card option is available. Please help and clarify.

Hope you are fine. As discussed earlier, I have completed the VKYC at SBM bank and this message is showing whenever I am trying to check the status of account opening. “Hold on we are creating your account. Iƒ the account is not created within 4 hours, please reach out to us at global@goniyo.com
Could you please look into and expedite the account creation process. I am attaching the screenshot for reference.
