Delay in card delivery!

Hi,

I had completed a Niyo Global SBM Debit Card application on last Sunday (9/11) and had received a message saying:

Dear user,

Your Niyo SBM debit card is on its way! Get ready to track it in the Niyo app. Keep an eye out for your Tracking ID in the next 2 days. Track here: -Niyo

But the link nor the app has still updated on a tracking status and shows an error if I try to order. I have no idea where my card is. Raised this with the support team multiple times via WhatsApp and via mail but have received no updates except for a ticket number 259595. I am set to travel on next Saturday 23rd and this card will be useless if not delivered before it. Please check this on priority.
