Delay in card Delivery

The delivery of the card has been such a pain. I was supposed to receive card on 5th july and its 7 days delayed. In the live chat all they do send an automated mail. Sad for the people who plan to take these cheap cards for their travel

Hello, I though the huge delivery delay was unusual but after looking at the messages here and partnering with delhivery I’m not suprised anymore. Here’s my Niyo card timeline:
Ordered : 5th September
Reached Hyderabad : 9th September
Been lying in Delhivery Hyderabad Office : 19th September.
The delivery date gets moved from today to tomorrow and the next day.

The Niyo not so live chat response and the social handle response:
3 keywords

  1. Flagged
  2. Escalated
  3. Rest assured

3 tickets raised to no help.
I’ve transferred back the amount and requested for an account closure and not sure how long that’ll take.

So would this take another 2-3 business days for you to check and reply? Niyo Global has zero co-ordination with your delivery partner, no realistic dates how clueless are you guys?

Any updates on the whereabouts of the card?

Hey @Wasay_M! Our delivery team has tried to deliver the card today. It looks like they couldn’t deliver it today. We are constantly following up with them to help you with it.

It’s said that tried to deliver but i didn’t get any call or a missed from delhivery. I’m okay to add my call log screenshot
