I am facing similar problem…
No response. They’re just wasting time.
It was supposed to delivered in June 1st week, even now in 4th week of September it is not delivered. They are telling it was “returned back and they’ll try to redeliver again” and standard template responses “we’re looking into it” , “7-8 working days” since July I’m in regular contact still card not delivered. Same responses again and again.
Sincerely requesting please close the account and refund my money.
