Hey @Bansari i have the issues with CKYC they sre saying sorry we cannot create account while i went to my bank and obtained CKYC number but hthe issue has not been resolved.
@ashrithjain I canât swipe the card anywhere. Itâs saying payment declined. Online transactions work though.

Have you ever considered how much should we take to resolve an issue?? Does niyo think I should be left on the mercy of how late can an issue be resolved? I have repeatedly messaged in the community to tell niyo my emergency problem. Every transaction in coming days or next week needs me a forex card and yet here I am who has been given a reply by niyo âPlease wait till issue is resolvedâ.
Has niyo considered how urgent it is for me?? My issue has not been solved yet. You are literally forcing me to leave all this now. Making my experience pathetic. Please please pleaseeeee understand the seriousness I am expressing. I am in real trouble. Please resolve the issue in one day or so or otherwise say to my face we canât do it, we will take a week more, then Iâll decide what to do for me.
Donât make a joke of me out of my emergency. Please. I have messaged many time politely and humbly. But now, just please tell how long will it take, not a general answer, âwe are working on itâ. Please

I have used the Beta version app in a hope to register and create niyo account so that I can get forex card for my studies in UK. One of my friend and I went through the process of creating account in parallel at the same time. His account was created immediately and he has got his card in a week now. But in my case, I stuck on a page saying âAccount creation pendingâ. I informed about this bug to the community. This is now fifth or sixth time I am telling my issue. The issue is still persistent. I still open the app and get this page âAccount creation pendingâ. This has lowered my trust on the app & the ease of handling, reloading or spending money using niyo.
If the issue doesnât resolve in one or two days, I will be forced to go to other options now because next week I have to probably pay abroad accommodation fee and visa fee. And in the early sept, the University fee too. I cannot afford more delay as the issuance of card from other source would also take time (in case niyo doesnât resolve the issue)
So can I get a fully fledged working account and a forex card sbm before I will be pushed into trouble? I just need a genuine answer so that I can plan my acts accordingly
Getting the niyo global card on time is a big Challenge. My courier is getting delayed from past four days and I think I wonât be able to get it before my travel.

Hello, the most crucial and critical question I have is when I will be able to make an international bank transfer from my account without having to pay exchange rates. It would be fantastic if I could transfer funds from my global SBM card to an overseas account, for example, to pay my tuition expenses or start an international bank account.
The good news is that I received my card without issue in less than four days, and while we are unable to add it to Gpay, I am unconcerned because I intend to use it internationally.
Also, how does it work if we use a Paypal or Flywire account?
