Hi @Sai @ashrithjain any updates on this? If this requires a card replacement, it could get very late for me as I will be travelling on Aug 10 and needs to reach me before 10th.

It would be great if you could help me quickly resolve this in time.

I am facing a few issues in the app.

  1. I am not able to login. It shows error - Server Down. (Screenshot attached)

  2. I deposited 5k to my account but it is not showing in the app.

  3. The pending action to deposit 5k is not removed even after depositing 5k.

  4. Can I proceed further to order the card?

I have been trying to create an account. Unfortunately, I have been facing account creation pending error while trying the same. Would you be able to look through the issue and solve it? I even received an email account statement from the bank which indicates that my account was created. Does this mean that it is a bug in the app? but ideally should have been able to use the service? It has been more than a week now

I had registered on Niyo sbm app yesterday with pan card and signature. however, I had to wait for my aadhar card mobile number till today. The number on adhar is updated but at the point of getting an otp after adding aadhar card number, it is saying the server is not working and facing issues. I really need to get the card as I have my flight on 15th August. Also, I got the call from global niyo card yesterday only, after a week of applying.
Please help and tell me a way forwards.

(1/4) We’re aware of the issue. Please allow some time to debug the issue.

(2/4) The funds have been successfully credited to your account, request you to pull-to-refresh the homepage to get the updated balance. You may alternatively look at the balance in recent transactions page.

(3/4 ) As the app is still in beta phase, you may face bugs here and there. Rest assured, the funds are in your Niyo Global SBM account.

(4/4) You may go ahead and order your card as from the screenshot you’ve attached, it looks like your A/C name is “Rajat”

It worked after several tries. But now it is saying that the Account creation is pending. How long does this take and can it be made faster?
Also, after depositing the initial 5K Rs, Is there a provision for faster delivery? (as my flight is on 15th August.)

Hi @ashrithjain, I want to bring to your notice 2 things :

  1. The app has been really slow for the past 24+ hours, I was even unable to check my balance after several attempts. I tried re-installing the app and now it finally works smoothly.

  2. The “Pending actions” ribbon at the top asking me to Order the physical card doesn’t go away, it’s been 4 days since my card got delivered and I’ve even set the ATM pin for the same. ( attaching the image for your ref.)

Hello team,

1.Our account is created and we have applied for the card. Can we now test transferring some amount to other account? If yes, I am currently unable to.
I understand the app is still in beta phase, however we are unable to transfer Re.1 to an account.
Error : Unhandled error.

2.Also, for the past day, I am almost unable to login to the account.
Error : Server down

Kindly help in resolving these issue.

Umm, yes. I was talking related to the app. The app is showing above issues.

But what is the reason behind We cannot create your account ?? Can I not get any Niyo forex card as I am going to study abroad in mid-August. Kindly help me out! Its disheartening.

1 .Hi, I created niyo sbm account but the input field on the transaction page is not accepting acc no length below 9 since my beneficiary’s acc no length is 8 (UK bank account) I can’t able to make any transaction.

  1. How to make transaction to UK, They don’t have ifsc, they have something called sort code, iban and BIC / SWIFT?

I am not able to order the card.

Kindly fix this as soon as possible.
