Hey @ankit_singh3 ! The Full KYC is completed using Aadhaar XML and CKYC check. No manual intervention is required for Full KYC completion.
Hey @ashrithjain . It keeps saying either “Invalid response received from upstream server” or “ECONNABORTED” whenever I try to unlock a feature. Even tried reinstalling the app. Unable to make a international payment due to this

I successfully created Niyo SBM Account and ordered card on 21 July. I received a call few days back saying card was returned to Niyo Office as my address is not deliverable by Delhivery. I need the card urgently as I’m leaving for abroad this month. Please courier the card via some other means or suggest me a way to get the card as soon as possible. Please revert on priority.
hello @ashrithjain , My account has been created. I have deposited the 5.5k amount . I have got the confirmation mail also , but the amount is not reflecting in the app. Although it is visible in the transaction tab. Kindly let me know when it will resolve so that i can order niyo sbmcard.
