Sir there is no anyway for changing the name after we open account and after documents name are updated and at that can we chnage the name sir or not and also can we mention the card name as ahat i went in physical debit card in sbm global

Hi, I received the physical card. I tried using it for transactions in Indian ATMs and with multiple Indian merchants. The transaction was declined every single time with the physical card. All the locks have been unlocked in the app and I also had updated the PIN successfully. I also unsuccessfully tried contactless payment with the physical card.
The card works only for online transactions (which I can do without the physical card too).

Could someone help me understand how to fix this?

Just go ahead and order the card from card section and you will be able to order the card.

Hi @Sai I did try the following online transactions:

  1. International Payment (Lemonade Insurance)
  2. Domestic Payment (PayTM wallet reload)

Both of them worked perfectly as they did not involve physical card.

Hello team,

I deposited Rs. 5000 yesterday. It got reflected today morning on the account.
I ordered the card today. But still, it shows pending action saying order your card now. Also the card shows it would be delivered by 18 August.

And continuously I get the server is down error.

Kindly help in resolving these issues.

Hey @Vishu_Sharma ! Sorry for the inconvenience. As the app is in beta phase, you’ll face a few bugs here and there. Rest assured, you’ll get your card on or before 18th Aug.

Hi I have created the account and also received my Niyo SBM Visa Signature card.
I am trying to make payments via card in India but it’s not working I also updated the card settings in the App,still can’t do transaction with the card.

Further I tried to add more money in the SBM account but it got declined multiple times.

Need your help ASAP as I am traveling abroad in 3 days and want to use this card there.
