The physical card is processed and dispatched directly from the Equitas Small Finance Bank headquarters ,please contact Equitas Small Finance Bank at 18001031222 on working days between 9 AM to 6 PM…

Meanwhile DM us your registered mobile number as well so that we can get it checked for you.

As of now, we do not have an NFC option for NiyoX debit cards. In case, we start issuing them in the future, we’ll keep you posted!

Hey @Mmk . Firstly, welcome to Niyo community. Now that your Full KYC has been successfully completed, the debit card will take upto 15 days to reach to your doorstep post Full KYC.

It is almost 1 and 1/2 months its showing your debit card is on its way in the pending actions in the niyox app.When will I get my debit card? And also I am unable to track it.

Dear NiyoX Team,

My name is Tushar Kakoti from Kolkata. 2 days before i have completed my full KYC through Bio metric. And apart from that i have also applied for the debit card. Till now i haven’t received any update from the Team. I hope that my request is being processed as its says that after KYC it will be delivered within 15 days.

Can anyone from NIyoX will be able to help me out.
