My kyc was done before 3 days…still not received any dispatching message of card or like anything related to delivering the card…

Hey @ATanu_DaS, we regret for the delay. Once the biometric verification is done, the card is processed and dispatched to the communication address. You will be notified about every milestone, from pickup to card delivery, via text messages to your registered mobile number. However, due to the current situations, there may be delays. Rest assured, we will get it delivered asap. And you can always reach out to the Equitas support at 1800 103 1222 for further enquiry about the card dispatch and delivery status. SR
