my full kyc is done a week back and i was expecting delivery of my physical Card.
i recieved an SMS Today stating as below
Dear customer, please note that there will be a delay in delivery of your Welcome Kit due to the current Covid situation prevailing in India, we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Team Equitas
will there by any official communication from niyox how much delay will be there in delivering the same . the promised day in threads i see in community is15 days. will thereby any further delay ?

Hey @akhilsnaik, we are really sorry for the delay. The physical card is processed and dispatched directly from the Equitas Small Finance Bank headquarters. Card delivery usually takes 15 business days, depending on the location. However, because of the current pandemic situation, the courier services are being affected greatly. So, the card delivery may take more than 15 business days. We appreciate your cooperation in this. You will be notified about every milestone, from pickup to card delivery, via text messages to your registered mobile number. SR
Hey @Naveenthapa97, we regret for the delay. The bank uses multiple courier partners depending on the location. Along with the tracking details, you will receive a link following which you can go to the tracking page of the courier service through which your welcome kit is dispatched and track the card. SR

I am staying in metro city and usual cases the courier wont be delayed more than 4 days here.
i see the welcome kit is not yet shipped and that’s the main thing i requested here.
any ETA on how much delay i can expect will be great. can i count 21 days delay or so in getting the card delivered from full kyc ?
As said by Subrata, the physical card is processed and dispatched directly from the Equitas Small Finance Bank headquarters would request you check with them for a better clarity on the same.
Hi everyone, interestingly I got the same sms yesterday and the card was delivered today, 4 days prior to the 2 week expected time frame , so it appears to be a mass sms, in cognizance of possible delays due to covid19.
But just seeing the sms, don’t be horrified it’d be very delayed. You could have it delivered on time like me.
Also @Subu, I didn’t receive any sms about the milestones in the card delivery, until 2 hrs back I received an sms from bluedart that it’d be delivered today and 15 minutes back the card was delivered. I tried rasing a ticket after a week of biometric verification, requesting the tracking id, but I got the same “card will be delivered in 15 days” message, which isn’t really helpful.
PS: I chose the black card and the matte finish is beautiful, it’s way better than the glossy scratched card we had seen earlier in the community. Here’s a snap of the same. Great work @niyox Team
Hey @Naveenthapa97, we checked with the bank and they use the following courier services to send the card: Professional Courrier, Bluedart, Speed Post & Maruthi Courrier Services. SR
Hey Naveen, the SR number isn’t the order tracking ID/ AWB number, it’s an internal service request number for ordering card. Equitas sends a SMS with courier partner name and order tracking ID/AWB number with which you can track it. We’ll get this checked internally for your case. SR
Hey @Subu . Can you get info on my welcome kit as well. I got my KYC completed on 7th May. I got the same SMS from Equitas Bank that there’ll be a delay due to the ongoing pandemic.
