Had a chat with the customer service. Just they are blaming the upi app. Do you think we have only this account? If it was the fault of upi app then why other txns are working fine? Itâs the issue from your end but not the upi app.
I tried less than 5000 as well.
Not satisfied with the response.

In the Niyo app it was mentioned that the card will be delivered on or before 28th May.
And today itâs May 28.
And my card was booked and dispatched on 24th May.
And I didnât get the tracking details (AWB No.) through SMS. I collected from customer service. That too after calling them 3 times.
Later I got AWB number and dispatch details from community as per them the dispatch date is 20th May which is wrong.
*You wonât get any SMS regarding dispatch details of card.
*As per Niyo it was mentioned that we will get updates of each milestone but itâs actually not.
Not only meâŠmany customers didnât receive the updates. Not even tracking number through sms.

The card was dispatched on 20th May 2021 from Equitas Small Finance Bank and thus the further process was taken care by Speed Post. Having said that there could be chances that the card was dispatched on 24th May 2021 from Speed Postâs office.

27/05/2021 full kyc but not faster delivery for debit card please actions for this job
Hey @Sourav_Mandal . Firstly, welcome to Niyo community. Debit card will atleast take 2 weeks post Full KYC to reach to your doorstep.
I had applied for physical debit card 3 days back but i havenât recieved any tracking id or any message regarding delivery of card when can i expect it .

The physical card is processed and dispatched directly from the Equitas Small Finance Bank headquarters would request you check with them for a better clarity on the same. You can reach out to Equitas Small Finance Bank support toll free number at 1800 103 1222 on working days between 9am to 6pm.
