Debit card delivery time

My niyox account is not showing tacking id. How can i track my debit card and how many days it will take to deliver the card

Hello Faizan! Delivery of debit card will take 10-15 days from the time of Full KYC. For your convenience, here the solution. There’s already a solution for your question. You can look at the same here:

You will get the updates through SMS. Well, if you have still not recieved the details. It is suggested to call Equitas Bank customer care (1800 103 1222) and inform them about the issue. They will assist you further.
If you’re not happy with the answer, kindly wait, a Niyo representative will assist you further

I had finished my ekyc for sbm debit card on 14th August. I still have received any tracking no. I had opted for this card because i am travelling next week on 24th. I wanted to receive the card before it. How do i find my card status and how to expedite it

Hi Team, I have completed the video kyc today and requested the card. I am traveling on 5 th February. I live in Kolkata and would request the card be sent by the 4th February in SUPER URGENT basis,else it would be a waste of ordering the card, will eventually have to cancel this account. Request team to expedite this asap.
