The physical card is processed and dispatched directly from the Equitas Small Finance Bank headquarters. You shall receive a message from the Equitas Small Finance bank once the card is dispatched.

I am getting error while activating card from app. Oops request cannot be processed is the error. Also I could see that the debit card number on digital card and physical card are not the same. Is this expected or is this an issue?

(1/2)Rest assured the digital card is a temporary card therefore once you activate your physical Visa Platinum Debit card, the card details will be replaced and displayed of your physical card.
(2/2)For reporting the error in activating the card ,may I request you to raise your concern through the NiyoX app? It will be easier to identify your details and we’ll be able to help ASAP. You can access our customer service at your fingertips via Menu > Support > Need Help > Chat with our Customer Service Officer

You can also activate your debit card by calling the IVR 1800-103-1222 between 9 am to 6 pm on all banking days

Hi. Today I recieved the physical debit card from niyox. But I am not able to activate it via the app, I have not tried the other option tho.

I’m also having problem activating the physical debit card I’ve recieved, its saying ‘something went wrong please try again’ when pressing the activate card button. I’ve talked to customer care and im waiting on a solution, with the ticket number 955099.
I hope the issue will be sorted out soon.

My KYC was done on 10th May but I still have not received my debit card. Also I have not received any sms regarding the debit card.
Please look into this matter.
I got this SMS but didn’t get AWB number
“Dear customer, please note that there will be a delay in delivery of your Welcome Kit due to the current Covid situation prevailing in India, we regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Team Equitas”
As per Niyo…it was said that we get information of every milestone through SMS. But I didn’t get

Meanwhile we shall get it checked from our end as well.
