If you are entering 0s (zeros) instead of O (capital O) or vice versa in your file number.
When can we reapply for the card Again?

Pleas help to support on Ticket No. - 2222719 urgently.

I am getting below error( refer screenshot ) while trying to register on Niyo app, although I am entering correct passport file id. Please help on this issue as soon as possible as I need to travel abroad next week itself.

Please help to reset passport validation limit. I’ll try to upload documents manually this time for your verification.

During my account registration, I exceeded the limit trail because of my passport file number. I was not aware of the validation limit. I recently applied for a reissue of my passport. I tried with both of my passport file numbers & none of them got validated. Isn’t there any chance you can unblock my account? Please help with this issue as soon as possible as I need to travel abroad in the next 2 weeks. Please reset the passport validation limit.
