Account shows exceeded limit

URGENT!!!
I was opening an account on niyo global and unfortunately entered wrong file number. I request you to help me with this and give me access to open an account. It will be a great help for me as I’ll travel abroad next month.

@Wasim_Al_Basha even I’m facing similar issue for Niyo global, could you pls assist me since the onboarding team is of no help over emails and unable to connect over call

Hi @Devanshu_Marwal, Welcome to our community! regret the delay in response. it is really disappointing that you are stuck at the account creation. If the passport is issued or renewed outside India you will be not able to onboard for Niyo Global by SBM. Appreciate your understanding in this matter. My passport is being renewed in India but I suppose I may have entered zero in place of O and it’s causing this error.

Is there a way I can be re onboarded since I am very keep on using Niyo Global card after so many positive reviews from friends and family.

Would really appreciate it if you or the Niyo team can help me in this regard.

@Wasim_Al_Basha @Manisha_Radhakrishna any update on the resolution please or is Niyo global not interested to onboard people who are facing issues due to exceeded limit in passport verification then please specify will check out other alternatives.
