Lost all attempts for passport verification please help me with creation of account

We see that you’ve tried using multiple passport file numbers while onboarding for Niyo Global by SBM and have exceeded the maximum limits. Kindly note that you need to have a valid passport issued or renewed in India. If you fall under this criteria, let us know and we’ll try to help you further.

I have valid passport but i have entered wrong file number, tried multiple formats that’s the reason I lost all my attempts for passport verification. Please do needful.
