Ticket Number 1308119 Reported on 1st June
I did 5 cash withdrawals in the month of the May and since first withdrawal is free, my account was still charges with 5 withdrawals (118*5=590).
Here’s the first reply I received on 2nd June

Thanks for the clarification.
I am extremely sorry as you see the charge for 5 ATM withdrawals instead of 4 ATM withdrawals.

I have emailed multiple times after that to ask for update but no reply so far and then magically received an email that the ticket is resolved. It’s a complete joke.

Now, on to the second ticket number 1321972 reported on 11th June
TDS charges for 4 atm withdrawals made in May has not been credited back. When I first connected with the support they told me to wait for 20 days and since it’s been over 20 days, they just slapped a ticket number on the issue. Since it’s only been a day, can comment anything but I don’t see have high hopes for this to be resolved as well.
I have tried to reach out to your support team on both the app and email but have not received any response so far. @Sai & @Vinay_Bagri please escalate this issue and get it resolved asap.
