I attempted to withdraw SGD 1000 from UOB ATM in Singapore on 30 July 2022 Unfortunately the transaction didn’t go through for some reason and the system threw a “technical error” message in the second attempt. There was no cash that was dispensed from the ATM. But I see that the money has been debited from my account. The transaction didn’t go through. This is a huge amount of money and I would like you to investigate this and refund the same as soon as possible.
We are sorry about the instance that has occurred. This happens when the service provider bank’s servers are not reachable during the time of transaction. If your funds are not received at the time of the transaction, the amount will be auto refunded to your account within 15 business days. If you do not receive the refund in the given time frame, reach out to us and we’ll have that investigated.
