I’m confused whether Niyo DCB debit card has one free international ATM withdrawal per quarter or not.
Source 1) Niyo’s in-app support redirects to Whatsapp chatbot which says yes its free (even without Niyo Premium). Check the attached image.
Source 2) Although its old, this post says the free intl ATM perk is now restricted only to Niyo Premium subscribers.
What’s the real thing? If one must pay for Niyo Premium, that’s a bummer! Folks would rather switch loyalty if that’s the case.
