I have a query regarding the Niyo VISA convenience fee.

  1. I’ve got 2500 niyo coins in my wallet. Can I use them to cover the convenience fee, which is 999 per person? I need to book VISAs for two people.

  2. If I purchased Niyo premiuim for rs999 then is the fee waived off for both of us ?

  3. What if the visa’s gets rejected will I get full refund.

  1. Niyo Coins Usage:

You have 2,500 Niyo Coins (worth ₹250), which can be redeemed during the visa booking process. This amount can be adjusted at the final payment stage.
Please note that coins can be used to cover up to 75% of the total transaction value.

  1. Premium Membership Benefit:

If you’re a Niyo Premium member and booking visas for both travelers through your premium account, the convenience fee per person will be waived for both.

  1. Visa Rejection & Refund Policy:

Once payment is completed and documents are uploaded, our team will thoroughly review your application and guide you on any improvements needed before submission.

We maintain high approval rates, but in case the embassy rejects the application, the fee is non-refundable, as their decision is final.

We genuinely regret the earlier delay and appreciate your patience. If you need further help, we’re always here for you.
