My friend want to open a new niyox account … but his pancard is not registered

Hello @Swagat_Barik . Firstly greetings from NiyoX community. Regarding NiyoX savings account. It is not possible to get onboard to NiyoX without Aadhaar Card and a Pan Card. As both of the documents are mandatory. If you’re not happy with the answer, kindly wait, a Niyo representative will assist you further.

Hey guys on the moderator team,
I have been observing this for quite a while that people are posting sensitive information (pan, communication address) openly on this forum. I understand it’s required by niyo for resolving customer issues. But request you to please sensitise people not to post personal, financial details openly on the forum, rather encourage them to send via dm to the moderators.

Three days gone the agent is not come for kyc. Now in app no order found showing. What can i do? Please help me.
