I’d like to request the niyo team to delete my niyo sbm account as i signed up with the wrong pan number.

Not to worry! We believe that " To err is Human". You can write to us through in-App support with request to close your Niyo Global by SBM account.

I did try that but this is the response I got :
We want to inform you that once the Pan card details are captured by the system, you won’t be able to change your pan card number.
Please help me regarding this…
Oops, you’ve missed your stop! We’re sorry to hear this. As your PAN card details are already tagged with your registered mobile number, we don’t have the option to edit that. Our sincere apologies on this matter.
