Gave details but blank screen when trying to get debit card

I gave my PAN card details, completed aadhaar auth, got an SMS from DCB Bank.

But in the Niyo app, I am not even able to proceed for video KYC. It is stuck in get debit card screen after I click the button.

This is very disappointing since you’ve taken all my details but not even denying/accepting the application.

Can someone from the Niyo team help? I can dm my contact details.

I’ve sent an email to the Niyo email ID, but I’m not sure it’ll be addressed properly from there. Need the card within a month.

The ticket ID I received was #2288018.

Disappointing. I’ve linked same PAN with Aadhaar, have opened accounts online before, no one else has any issue.

PAN name is just the surname written in full. It is initials in Aadhaar. I was under the assumption that this is acceptable.
