Account opening stuck

I had created my account on 28th Aug and since then it’s been 6 days already. It always shows the account is being created. All necessary verifications have already been done. I followed up with the team, they raised to high priority but I see no action since then. Kindly resolve and let me know the progress.

Hello, Thanks for your reply. I gave delievery address for my card as Chennai, pincode 600097. Not sure why is it picking my address from Aadhar as I am not available at the location. Can I request to please deliver it on Chennai address, the one that i provided during account creation.
Also, in NiyoX the address is getting picked up from my aadhar. Is there any way to change it to present address?
