[URGENT HELP REQUIRED] Niyo DCB Card

Team,

I am travelling today and loaded Rs. 1 lakh in my NIYO DCB debit card. The money got deducted from my UPI account but did not reflect in my Debit card.

Also I ma unable to make transactions on domestic online platform even though the app says the transactions are enabled.

the ticket is already raised by customer care

Please help. I am traveling today and am stranded.

We are sorry for the hassel.

Upon review, we have observed that the funds have been successfully reversed to the originating bank, and the equivalent amount will be credited to the same bank later today.
