Amount added to DCB Bank account is not getting reflected, does it happen very often, should I keep using this card?

Is it common in the Niyo Global Card? I added Rs 100 via Gpay to the DCB Card and then paid the same from DCB card to my HDFC account via UPI.
I made another transaction of Rs. 15,000 and it is not getting reflected anywhere in the Niyo Global App.
