Frequently transaction failed notification while transferring money through UPI… does anyone experience the same ?

This might be due to server downtime. We’d request you to retry in a while and check if you are able to transfer the funds via UPI. If the issue still persists, reach out to our live chat support team through the app by navigating to Menu > Support.
In the meantime, you may transfer the funds by adding a payee.

I just tried to deposit an amount of ₹2500 in my debit card through UPI the transaction went through but the amount is not reflected in the card and i had a popup appear in my niyo app that transaction has cancelled.
I am also attaching a screenshot of the payment made.
Can you guys help me on how can i get my money back into my account?

After reviewing the details, we can confirm that the above transaction was unsuccessful and the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If the amount is not credited to your account after 7 working days, please drop an email to global@goniyo.com from your registered email with the transaction details and a screenshot, and the team will look into it and help you out.
