I tried imps upi from different accounts, all the transaction failed, i am unable to add money to my niyo account. U even raised a ticket for the same thing but no response (ticket Id 1364584)

Hi @Mayank_Singh1, we had escalated to the bank and the bank confirmed that they have not received the transaction amount. Request you to check with the remitter bank.
The issue is that I am not able to receive the amount, all the transactions are failing when I try and send money to this account. I have tried UPI and imps and transaction are failing. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Hey i tried making a transaction again, still the issue persists. I waited for 2 days and then tried making this transaction ( as suggested by you to try again on Monday over the telephonic conversation) and the transaction failed again. Please resolve the issue ASAP it’s already too late I don’t know if I’ll be able to receive my card before my travel date if this issue is not resolved. My travel being the sole purpose of opening this niyo account and this issue is preventing me from ordering the debit card for the same. Really unsatisfactory experience.
