I tried to transfer money out of the niyo account, it showed failed transaction but the money still got deducted but I didn’t receive it in the other account. This was a INR transfer so from what I understand the issue should have been resolved asap
I’ve already raised a ticket for this multiple times but no response. It has been 4-5 days since the issue happened. Very disappointing
