I am unable to reset my password as otp is not coming. I am in Bali Indonesia. Received all OTP but niyo passcode change OTP is not receiving please help

To reset the app passcode, the OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number. We’d request you to please activate the international roaming package on your registered number and then try resetting the app passcode. If the issue, still persists, let us now and we’ll have this checked from our end.

Still not getting OTP for login. I reinstalled the app. Still not getting OTP. All OTP is coming like gpay, paytam, bank transaction instead of Niyo Global.
Please do the needful. I am stuck here
Also international roaming is activated. That’s why other OTP and sms is coming.

Hey @Vijay_Pal! We are sorry about it. This has been highlighted to our team and we’ll have this fixed at the earliest. In the meantime, you may use your card for PoS/ATM/Online transactions.
