The complaint has been raised since last week and everyday i get response it is being worked on.
Ehat i think is that the Niyo support as no clue how to fix this issue which is basically an account locked situation. I am complaining since last 7+ days everyday and get the same response that the team is working on it. If this is the kind of support for fixing a simple account lock issue i dont think people should rely on this card for travels. Much better to get a prepaid card. I am dreading the situation had i travelled abroad and run into this issue what would i have done.
Hope you take this matter seriously and do the needful on priority.

I have a Niyo Global Equitas Debit Card, which I use mostly to withdraw money from ATMs outside India and for ECOM transactions involving currencies other than INR.
I have noticed that the OTP for an online ECOM transaction is sent only as an SMS and not on the email id. This is very inconvenient when I am travelling and doing an online transaction outside India as my Indian sim card associated with Niyo Global is not working. I am not able to receive the OTP.
Please suggest a workaround or solution for this issue.

We understand your concern. As per Equitas Bank’s security policies, OTPs for online transactions are sent only via SMS and not through email.
As a workaround, we recommend keeping your Indian SIM active on international roaming. Let us know if you need further assistance!
I’m trying to reset my password. While I’m successfully receiving the OTP on my phone, I’m not receiving the OTP on my registered email address. Could you please help resolve this issue?
