I am unable to log onto the Niyo Global app hence rendering the card inaccessible to me since I can’t look into the finances of the card. I’m away from my home 6000 km away and no OTP can process through even though the consumer service executive said I’ll receive OTP on my email, it’s still not coming even after waiting for weeks. We had enough back and forth regarding this and this might be a game for Niyo but all my finances and expenses are processed via Niyo card if the following problem persists, I’ll have no choice other than to switch to another Forex provider. Sadly after hearing so many good reviews I’m still facing such issues. The lethargic and sluggish process is making it very hard for me to stay affiliated with Niyo.

Hey @Wasim_Al_Basha I have international roaming activated I was receiving OTP initially but as it is redirected from India, I received it way last the validity was over approximately 45 later. Although now I’m not receiving it all together. As per my understanding and your consumer executives consecutive mails mentioning it’ll be sent on my registered mail id, and now you’re saying the complete opposite. Please communicate with your team and rather provide a rock resolution. And i’ll be glad if we could touch base via phone call rather than mail games.
