Unable to login to niyo Global app and won't recieve OTP for reset since I am in a different country


I am unable to reset my passcode since I won’t receive an OTP as I am in a different country and the registered number doesn’t have network.

Is there anyway I can receive the OTP on mail?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

We certainly understand your situation and as badly as we want to help you. Unfortunately, there is no alternative way to Login into the app. It should happen only through the OTP. We’d suggest you to try reaching to your network service provider regarding the network issues. - WB
