Unable to receive money through UPI


People are unable to send me money through UPI in my Niyo global account by both Bank Transfer and QR Scanner. Only I’m able to transfer money to my Niyo Global account from my other Bank accounts via UPI.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We kindly request you to try adding the funds to your account after 24hrs and you should be able to add funds successfully. Kindly note, that if you are trying to add funds through an in-app QR code, you can add Rs.2000 in a single transaction. If the issue persists, we would request you to add Niyo Global by SBM account details as a payee to your primary bank account and then initiate an IMPS/NEFT mode via net banking or mobile banking.

This issue still persists.

I don’t have Net Banking enabled in my primary account and UPI is my only source of fund transfer. Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible or guide me through the same.
