I’m unable to load funds in my niyo sbm account through upi(used gpay). Due to this I’m not able to even order the card. Payment of even rs.100 is failing

What is the update on the problem. I need to take a decision soon whether to buy go with niyo or not
I need an answer to this soon. This is not acceptable that you guys completely ghost the users. Very poor service

I am not able to load funds into my niyo account. google pay shows that the payment is failed. I have tried a bunch of times but still nothing is happening

@Wasim_Al_Basha @Deepak I am facing the same issue with SBI and Kotak as I’m not able to add money through UPI to my Niyo account. I have 2 tickets already pertaining to the same issue, Will this issue be resolved?
