Unable to Order Card

I am not being able to order the card,Its been 15 days now my ticket was also closed without any positive solution.
I have an upcoming international trip so i need to know whether or not i can order the card.
My Ticket Id was : 1415332

If your device is connected to wifi please use the mobile data and order the card. After Opening my account I deposited the required amount and tried placing the order but. Couldn’t place the order so i tried contacting the support team who then asked me to reinstall the app and try again,which i did but still the same problem is happening and i am not being able to place the order for the card, so they raised my ticket and Now its been 15 days and they have closed the ticket without even informing me or solving the issue.
