Its been 15 days now and i am still not being able to Order my Niyo Global Card

After Opening my account I deposited the required amount and tried placing the order but. Couldn’t place the order so i tried contacting the support team who then asked me to reinstall the app and try again,which i did but still the same problem is happening and i am not being able to place the order for the card, so they raised my ticket and Now its been 15 days and they have closed the ticket without even informing me or solving the issue.
