I loaded my niyo account with money and place the order for the physical debit card. I could that the order was placed and there was a tracking option for a short period of time. The next time I opened the app, it is asking me to order the card again and even the tracking option is gone. When I try to click on place the order, it is throwing me an error. I tried to reach out the support team and also raised a support ticket. The ticket number is 1387676. But the issue has still not been resolved. I need to travel abroad in a few days and I’m concerned I won’t have the card. Can anyone help?

I ordered the niyo global debit card after loading money into my account. I could see the track option for a bit. Now when I open the app, it is showing me an option to order the debit card again. I tried doing that and it is throwing me an error. I checked my card settings and I don’t even find the track option anymore. I checked the delhivery app as well with this they send the card. No delivery is associated with my number. I reached out to the customer service and they are not responding. I require the card soon. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your time over the call. Your card order has been placed successfully. There seems to be an issue from our end due to which you are getting a pop-up asking you to place the card request again. This has been escalated to our team and they are working on it. Please be assured that your card will be delivered to you in the given timeframe. Once the issue is resolved, you’ll be able to view your tracking details in the app.
