Unable to order Niyo Global Card

I am unable to order niyo global sbm card even after adding Rs. 5k into my savings account. An error is showing pin code is not serviceable. But, i lived in a major city in Assam. I will go to Europe by next month. So, please look into this matter.

Hi @saurabhsaha how did you open an account with Assam address? It’s really ridiculous that they don’t cater to any city in the north-east and extremely discriminatory! I really wanted to use their Niyo global card as I will be leaving next month to study abroad but it seems I’ll have to go with something else. :confused:

@Deepak @Manisha_Radhakrishna @Wasim_Al_Basha I have ordered my Global niyo card and it is being more than a week and the card order status is still stuck in ‘in transit’ status. Could you please help me with this on priority basis? I have travel plans in next week and I am afraid

I have ordered a card as of August 1. I was eagerly waiting for the card. But, in the Niyo Global App status was still ordered. I tried reaching to customer service and after multiple tickets and emails, they told my card got returned. No one notified or even called me for delivery of my shipment, then how it got returned i dont know.

Account opening, KYC etc. was so seamless but the final card delivery sucks.

We regret the hassle experience. As we checked, the package has returned to the facility. Worry not, the card will be dispatched from the bank’s end in 20- 25 days to your communication address with the tracking details to your registered mobile number.
